November 16, 2019 - Engine Issues Sideline Chad Finchum Early in 2019 Finale
1Homestead, Florida (11/16/19) - Chad Finchum was hoping to end the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series on a high note on Saturday evening at Miami-Homestead Speedway. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be as engine woes sidelined the driver of the MBM Motorsports No. 61 Amana Brand Heating & Air No. 13 Smithbilt Homes/ Toyota Supra on lap 53 of the 200-lap affair.

"Just disappointed that's all I can say. We qualified 29th on the grid, and we were moving through the field early in the race. I really think we had a shot at a Top-15 run, but the engine let go of us just after lap 50," Finchum said. "Obviously it wasn't the way we wanted to end the year, but I'm still proud of the effor that this team gave all season. I also want to say a very special thank you to each-and-every sponsor who supported this team in 2019. We're already getting geared up for 2020." >>READ MORE

November 9, 2019 - Vibration Cuts Chad Finchum's Run Short at Phoenix
1It wasn't good vibrations for Chad Finchum at ISM Raceway on Saturday. Rather, it was a vibration in the rearend of the MBM Motorsports No. 13 Amana Brand Heating & Air No. 13 Smithbilt Homes/ Toyota Supra that ended Finchum's day early.

"We found ourselves behind a little in qualifying, but we were very optimistic for the race," Finchum shared. "Unfortunately, we picked up a real bad vibration in the rearend during the first half of the race, and it knocked us out of contention. While we didn't have the day we wanted, it was really cool to driver the No. 13 in honor of Carl Long. We'll look to close out the year with better luck at Miami-Homestead next weekend." >>READ MORE

November 2, 2019 - Chad Finchum Charges to 15th-Place Finish at Texas
1Justin, Texas (11/02/19) - It was all thumbs up for Chad Finchum and MBM Motorsports, when the checkered flag dropped on Saturday night's O'Reilly Auto Parts 300 at Texas Motor Speedway.

The jubilation was quite justified. After all, the Tennessee racer shook the monkey from his back to advance to a 15th-place finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event.

Finchum started 28th on the grid in his Amana Brand Heating & Air Condition/ Smithbilt Homes No. 61 Toyota Supra.

"Power steering went out on like lap 30 or 40, and then the fuel neck came off, and then we had a flat right front, but we overcame it all. I think we were on pit road more than we are on the track. However, we did excactly what we came here to do. By finishing 15th we topped our best finish, which was last year here [17th]," Finchum said. "The car was a handful with no power steering, but I I got up on the wheel and made it happen. Now, I'm fired up to head to Phoenix!" >>READ MORE
