1Concord, North Carolina (05/25/19) - Chad Finchum's outing on Saturday afternoon in the Alsco 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway came to an end before it ever really got started.

A mechanical failure on lap-5 brought Finchum's day to a screeching halt in his A-1 Finchum Heating & Cooling No. 42 MBM Motorsports/ Smithbilt Homes Toyota.

"We thought we had a Top-15 car for Charlotte, but circumstances just went against us," Finchum said. "It was very disappointing, but was just something totally out of our control.

"The bigger picture is that we wouldn't have had this opportunity without the incredibly brave men and women, who defend our freedom around the globe. This Memorial Day weekend is about them, and I just want to thank them all for everything that they do." >>READ MORE

Chad qualified 27th on the grid for the Allied Steel Buildings 200 at the tricky, one-mile confines of Dover International Speedway. At the end of the first stage he resided in the 24th position. >>READ MORE
