September 21, 2018 - Finchum Finishes 26th in 250 at Richmond
1Richmond, Virginia (09/21/18) - On a hot and steamy Friday evening Chad Finchum's invaded Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Virginia) for the GoBowling 250 with the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Finchum qualified 34th fastest on the starting grid at the 3/4-mile, paved oval in his Smithbilt Homes/ MBM Motorsports/No. 40 Toyota Camry.

Early in the race Finchum battled a loose condition. Throughout the event the crew teaked on the car during pit stops to improve the conditions. September 15, 2018 - Finchum Dodges Carnage for 25th-Place Finish in Vegas
1Chad Finchum's rookie campaign with the NASCAR Xfinity Series took him to Las Vegas Motor Speedway over the weekend, where he was once again behind the wheel of his Smithbilt Homes/ MBM Motorsports/No. 40 Toyota Camry.

The team overcame transmission issues - which caused Fincum to miss the first practice session - to qualify 29th fastest in the 40-car field for the DC Solar 300.

The event would see multiple incidents, but Finchum would be able to keep his nose clean thorughout the event. Despite an engine issue, he raced his way to a 25th-place finish.

September 10, 2018 - Chad Finchum Has Great Run at Indy with 21st-Place Finish
1 Chad Finchum took his Smithbilt Homes/ MBM Motorsports/No. 40 Toyota Camry to the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway over the weekend to compete with the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Mother Nature would not be a fan of the "Brickyard" as persistent rain forced the event to be postponed from Saturday to Monday morning. Not only was the race affected by rain, but all of the practices and qualifying were nixed.

September 1, 2018 - Lady in Black Cuts Chad Finchum No Slack
1Chad Finchum had a daunting task in front of him on Saturday as he followed the NASCAR Xfinity Series to Darlington Speedway for the Sport Clips Haircuts 200.

It would prove to be a trying day for the driver of the Smithbilt Homes/ Allstate /MBM Motorsports/No. 40 Toyota Camry as he took his best shot as the track known as "The Lady in Black."

"It was just a tough day from the get-go," Finchum said. "We started 37th on the grid via qualifying had to use the back-up car because our primary car wasn't available. We had a vibration that progressively got worse. The team discovered a corded tire, but went to the garage to diagnose the issue. They initially said we were done, so I left the garage. The team eneded up going back out with Timmy Hill in the car to see if they had the issues resolved.>>READ MORE
